It's become a New Year's resolution, darnit

Check out ~Snerkology~ (the bottom half of the entry) if you want to know what the heck's going on with my Personal Challenge.

The upshot is, I wasn't able to proceed with my Personal Challenge as I wanted to. So my revised plan is to work out according to my (neck and back) pain level and schedule until New Year's, then start up on the Challenge with Phase Two (I'll HAVE to be feeling better by then). I don't need to go through with Phase One again, since it's just useful for folks who are really starting cold from a working out standpoint.
