Really interesting!

I got this link from an article on CNN. A gentleman in England is blogging the letters his Grandfather wrote during WWI. He's posting the letters 90 years to the day of when they were written, and filling in the details of what would have been happening at that time, what the conditions would have been, and accompanying letters about major battles with the official War Diary entries for that battle.

The grandson hasn't let drop what happened to his Grandfather during the war - if he survived to come home, or not. People who want to find out have to keep reading the blog.

It's really, really interesting.

A small part of me would like to give this a try. A much, much bigger part of me knows I wouldn't be able to handle it.

The other half's perspective

Related to this entry, which I linked to earlier, I have a lot of respect for John. I bet Calvin would benefit from reading that entry.

Hint, darling.
