Is this thing on?

Eventually I always come back to this blog, with varying degrees of determination in my NEVER ENDING battle with the pudge.

For full details of the new "plan", see this journal entry. Suffice to say, I am in the process of eliminating food "sensitivities" (not to be confused with "allergies"). I'm on month three.

For the first month, I eliminated the crap out of things, and saw an 8-lb loss. For the second month, I slacked about half the time, and saw no loss, but no gain either. Month three started a week ago, and I have been behaving abominably. I had a pastry for breakfast and a piece of pizza for lunch today. Not good, when I'm supposed to be eliminating wheat, cow's milk, and yeast (brewer's and baker's). I'm also supposed to eliminate eggplant and sesame, which I'm not finding as difficult.

For this entire period of time, I have been doing no exercise whatsoever. I'm wondering what kind of results I would see if I followed my restrictions AND exercised?

So that's what I'm shooting for, starting today.
