Innards

I have started reading Open Book, Jennifer's blog. She has links to her Johari and Nohari windows on her website, and when I checked them out I was very interested. And so, I have linked my own Johari and Nohari windows over there on the right hand side under "Innards". Please take the opportunity to describe me in six words or less!
