Perfect food

Soybeans (edemame) - one cup of shelled soybeans (boiled with salt) has 10 grams of fiber and 29 grams of protein, and is an excellent source of potassium, magnesium, folates, riboflavin, vitamin B-6, and iron. Worth it for the 15 grams of fat (mostly poly-and-monounsaturated) and 298 calories.

Cottage Cheese (2% lowfat) - one cup has 31 grams of protein, and is an excellent source of phosphorus, selenium, riboflavin, and vitamin B-12. Plus it's only 203 calories and 4 grams of fat.
