Rebuttal pending

Calvin is authoring a rebuttal to my "Books is Stupid" entry. He claims that he has evidence to support his point of view and will therefore sway public opinion his way.

I told him that I wanted to be very sure that his message came across exactly the way he intended it, so I would not be spell checking or grammar checking his submission. A fit ensued.

Heh. Of all of Calvin's opinions and behaviors that I've documented on the website, this is the one that he wants to respond to.

I can hardly wait to read it. This is too much fun. Perhaps this will spur more guest entries from him in the future. Goodness knows I've been asking him to write one for the longest time.

hehe...if he is rebutting here, he is definitely preaching to the wrong church because I would guess that most, in not all, of your readers are also avid readers of BOOKS.

But hey, it should be interesting to see how he attempts to prove to reading public that book reading is a waste of time.

Poor Calvin. But I do admire the boy's commitment to his stance!

Oh, lawsy.

Hey...something's missing!

I wish Calvin would read 'The Stupidest Angel' by Christopher Moore. It's a quick read and funny as all hell. Christmas zombies, for cryin' out loud and it WOULD make a great horror/comedy movie! ;)

Love you both.
