Improving, I guess

I've started tracking my diet and exercise on Fit Day again, this time downloading their PC version, which has more bells and whistles and is more user friendly.

Last week I averaged 1545 calories per day, 58 grams of fat, 186 grams of carbs, and 68 grams of protein. Since I want 40% of my diet to come from protein, 30% from carbs, and 30% from fat, it's obvious that I need to decrease my carbs and increase my protein.

I only made a slight improvement this week (baby steps!), averaging 1483 calories per day, 48 grams of fat, 181 grams of carbs, and 73 grams of protein.
