Goals that make sense to only me
This week:
1. Don't snack between meals.
2. Weights Tuesday/Thursday, cardio Wednesday/Saturday (did Monday already!).
3. Three bottles of water a day.
Next week:
1. Replace one meal a day with a salad.
2. Increase cardio to 30 minutes each session.
3. Quit drinking so much beer! (yeesh)
