Weirdo
This is what my idiot cat does every morning (and really, any time we take a shower). Gets in the shower, with the floor soaking wet, and just sits in the corner. Just sits there. For a long, long time. I have no idea.

Just in time for Halloween
This is cool - the 100 scariest movie moments of all time.

I pity my afternoon meeting members.
The sheer amount of garlic in my lunch today is staggering. A couple of days ago I made one of my favorite vegetarian dishes - summer squash and zucchini slices, sauteed in garlic and olive oil, then simmered in diced tomatoes with balsamic and basil.
I think I put three whole garlic cloves in. In chunks. There's a chunk of garlic in every darn bite. I love it, but no kisses for me tonight.
No amount of gum chewing is going to make this go away. The folks in the meetings I'm going to this afternoon are going to LOVE me.

It's official.
It's officially the holiday season. I just watched "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" on TV.
"I got a rock." Poor Chuck.

Messed up, yo.
I had another dream last night about losing my teeth. It's messed up - I get these theme-reoccuring dreams where either my teeth rot out of my head, or they break loose, or some accident or fight knocks them all out. Now, I happen to know that I have excellent oral health. And yet, these dreams.
My boss gave me a dream interpretation book for Christmas last year. According to it, I am doomed.
"If you dream that your teeth are loose, there will be failures and gloomy tidings."
"If you lose your teeth, you will have burdens which will crush your pride and demolish your affairs."
"To dream that you have your teeth knocked out, denotes sudden misfortune. Either your business will suffer, or deaths and accidents will come close to you."
"If they appear decayed and snaggled, your business or health will suffer intense strains."
"To dream of spitting out teeth, portends personal sickness, or sickness in your immediate family."
"Imperfect teeth is one of the worst dreams. It is full of mishaps for the dreamer. A loss of estates, failure of persons to carry out their plans and desires, bad health, depressed conditions of the nervous system for even healthy persons."
There's more. They all have the same "you might as well shoot yourself and have done with it" theme. It's just a good thing that I don't believe in stuff like this, or else I'd never get out of bed in the morning.
